After choosing the right screws for the job, I finished the holes for them so they can stay sank:





Then started to thread the bolster pieces.

Ok, this type of force-major is happening to EVERY project. If you will get discouraged by things like this - don't even start it to begin with.

To my distress, I never succeded of taking little pieces like this before. And I know alot of things just don't work up. So - desperate measures.

I cut the drill bit so I can have the straight strong ans small metal rod. Then took this:



.. heated the bolster till it glows and beat the shit out of stuck piece.

IT CAME OUT.





Little son of a bitch! Almost gave me a heart attack. Now I have to assess the damage and decide on what screws to use next. Enough for one evening.

Внутри по-разному, но в этой находится облизанный до состояния кошачих яиц трак и внедорожник. Народ балдеет наверху пока не поступит сигнал, после чего сигают вниз по шесту, заскакивают в свои комбинезоны и несутся как на пожар.

А несутся они и на медицину, и на криминал, и на вообще все что может поступить от 911.

В Нью-Йорке пожарных любят и уважают, не то что полицию. И они как правило первые по вызову, в среднем минут пять, не больше. После чего приезжают медики, а потом уж и копы.
