is about 1.5h of manual labor. Only one thing warms my heart - after I'm done with grinder's scratches, rest of sanding will be a walk in the park.
And I smoothed ups and bottoms:
These things looks like scratches accross - they are actually layers of the different metals in the damascus, no worries.
