First of all I took all internals and the blade and thinned them. Blade was thinned the most since it will have to pivot and adopt 2 bushings on the axle, then lock, then 2 supporters.



Now it's time for round thingies.





Then Dremel cut-off wheel, sander. I tried to make it as round as possible by hand.







Will try to smooth it out on lathe today.
