madmaxthesniperFirst and foremost - I outline the glued paper with black permanent marker and let it dry. If sometime happens with paper (burn due to high temperature, get soggy and fall off cause of water used to cool it off), I will still have my margin.
Then I punched 2 hole positions, for axle and opening pin. Then I took my new 4000 Dremel:
Regular EZ-Lock Metal cut-off wheel, 40 or so minutes. 4000 heats up way less than 400 and delivers considerably more torque.
Then I trimmed the sides on my "grinder", caring not to take 0.5-1mm on the sides. And here we go.
Steel smells good. Like high-carbon one. Gives healthy sparks. Good.
Will start a side today. Slowly and pinfully.
