Milling it does not work, steel is too dowy and biting on cutting edge. Took Dlemel, used sanding drums to smooth up the shape, and cut-off wheel to shape the cavity, only them can grind this stell. Now the second one... :(

Мужики, это пиздец искусство производства эля в его высшей форме.



Вкус невозможно описать. Нос - дубовая бочка и.. цветы? Вкус дуба, дорогого вина, щиплет как лимон слегка, играет как алмаз на солнце. Я такого никогда не пил, Бельгия-мама отдыхает это точно. Свою 15-шку стоит точно.

Don't even know where to start, alot happened. First of all, I put the second back piece to the first one and made sure they are the same size.



Used Dremel to take metal out.



Then used sander drums to level the metal where the screw was.



Then I switched my attention to bolsters. I got a shipment of new taps today. Made fresh treads. Cut the hole to the dimension of the outside of the screw, but not to the end so the screw can bite.

And the first glimpse on the bolsterd knife:



Tomorrow: I need to find shims and make a profile to the back support, not the spring support, thing. And after this I can shape out the outside knife form.
