Mar. 27th, 2012 08:53 amThis is what happens when you take 150 grit sandpaper to the tempered blade. Goddamn I hate this step, steel is hard now.
At this point it is very tempting to use the belt sander again. Will see, might happen.
Sanding, sanding, all by hand - dat be da crack mon! *omg!!!* sanding, sanding, *phew* Dat be no crack mon, dat be scratch! Gave me a few gray hair, blade could be cracked after quenching. Not this one.
