First, I took the tool made before for other project, it's a cylinder with bolt in it.



Drilled hole in the middle bigger, so bolt can fit.





Now the fun part. This is the dividing head. It allows you to precisely turn a detail on a predefined angle. Or just rotate it freely.



Mounted chuck on it and then the half of the knive.





Then it was nothing but trouble. Tried what it's called the end mill bit. With flat bottom. Horrible vibration ended my efforts dead cold. It's just dangerous to continue.

I think I need a face cutter bit. But where to find one small enought to fit 10mm chuck?

Мужики! Нужна маленькая торцевая фреза, диаметр хвоста от 6 до 10мм. Желательно карбидная, HSS сосет.
